Abstract

Digitalization of the supply chain enables decision-makers to effectively manage disruptive events, thereby enhancing supply chain resilience. This study identifies a comprehensive set of dimensions for active and proactive resilience capabilities based on a literature review and expert opinions gathered through the fuzzy Delphi method. Subsequently, it identifies digitally supported organizational capabilities of resilient healthcare supply chains in the pharmaceutical industry, which are then evaluated and prioritized using the improved fuzzy stepwise weight assessment ratio analysis (IMF-SWARA) method.  Following this, the study analyzes various levels of digitalization and their impact on resilience by applying the fuzzy measurement alternatives and ranking according to the compromise solution (F-MARCOS) method. This approach allows for a highly accurate ranking of the impact of digitalization on resilience capabilities and accounts for decision-makers' potentially uncertain opinions within the scope of the criteria. The results indicate that Anticipation and Preparedness is the most critical resilience capability, while Strategic Leadership and Governance is the most impactful digital maturity indicator.
